We believe in proactive maintenance and annual inspections of all suites and properties are performed in order to identify areas needing repairs or upgrades. We offer a variety of apartment buildings from older character suites with hardwood floors to brand new condo style units. Our monthly rents vary depending on location and amenities and we monitor our monthly rates compared to CHMC posted average rental rates. Tenancy agreements are based on a one year term.

Service oriented resident managers. All our buildings have live-in resident managers whose main objective is to ensure that your needs are addressed. These managers are available to you at the scheduled office hours and they will perform minor repairs in your suite or arrange for professional trades people to do necessary repair work.
